Digestive infections: enteritis accompanied by bacteremia
Prophylaxis of bacterial endocarditis associated with certain surgical or diagnostic procedures in the supra-diaphragmatic sphere (stomatology, ENT, upper respiratory and digestive tract) in patients at risk
Upper respiratory tract infections: 1 to 2 g per day, divided into several intakes
Infections of the lower respiratory tract: 2 to 3 g per day, divided into several doses
Digestive infections: 2 to 3 g per day, to be divided into several intakes
Urinary tract infections: 1 to 3 g per day, to be divided into several doses
Acute flare-ups in chronic bronchitis: 3 g, 2 x per day for 3 days
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women, uncomplicated gonococcal urethritis in men: 3 g in minute treatment (possibly combined with 1 g of probenecid)
Tonsillitis: 50 mg / kg / day in 2 doses
Prophylaxis of endocarditis: 50 mg amoxicillin / kg body weight (3 g), administered as a single dose one hour before surgery

Usual dose: 40 - 90 mg / kg per day (to be divided into several doses)

To be taken at mealtime or with a little food
The capsules will be swallowed whole with a little water
Respect the time between the catches: 8 hours if 3 times a day, 6 hours if 4 times a day
