Indications
Idiopathic Parkinson's disease
- Treatment of adult patients fluctuating at an intermediate or advanced stage of the disease.
- In combination with a stable dose of Levodopa (L -dopa) alone or in combination with other antiparkinsonian drugs.
Use
Adults
Starting dose: 50 mg / day.
- Maintenance dose: max. 100 mg / day depending on the individual clinical response.
- Dose adjustment is indicated in patients with moderate hepatic impairment.
Administration mode
- At or outside the meal.
- Missed dose: the next dose should be taken at the usual time the next day.
